Gary Martin
Gary Martin is an award-winning journalist, columnist and Washington correspondent for the San Antonio Express-News.
He received a journalism degree from Colorado State University and worked at newspapers in Arizona and Texas before joining the Express-News.
Prior to his assignment in Washington, Martin covered the Texas Legislature, Bexar County Commissioners Court, the San Antonio Police Department and served as a state reporter on stories originating from Brownsville to Austin.
